Intraday board, faster loads, header polish

We tightened the new Intraday Stocks experience (/stocks/intraday), fixed a few things that made local dev feel "stuck", and aligned the top nav so every mega-menu trigger looks consistent.

  • Intraday page — Top gainers, losers, and most active lists; use Refresh prices when you want to sync quotes and reload the board (no background auto-polling).
  • Fresher API data — the intraday JSON endpoint reads the database on every request (no hidden 60-second server cache).
  • Smoother sessions — scheduled maintenance work now runs after quick responses like /auth/me are sent, and guests no longer trigger a notification identity poll every 30 seconds.
  • Navigation — the More mega-menu control uses the same pill padding and hover as Stocks, F&O, and Mutual Funds; theme tokens gained a --primary alias so active tab states stay readable in light mode.
